Senior Technical Coordinator

Caralex Recruitment Limited have been asked to recruit a Senior Technical Coordinator for a well-respected new homes residential developer that builds apartment schemes in West London.

The role will entail appointing and managing external consultants, checking their work and providing assistance to the other departments (advice to construction staff on site, information for sales brochures, details for the commercial team etc).

You will have either worked for a residential developer in a Technical Coordinator position, or worked for a social housing contractor as a Design Coordinator, preferably on complex / RC frame flatted schemes in London.
