A small - medium sized, engineering specialist are currently recruiting a Technical Contract Manager to oversee the smooth running of a portfolio of commercial properties within the areas of central London.

The company are a privately owned engineering company and have been in operation for the past 30 years, boasting a turnover of just over £60M they have grown considerably over the past 5 years with the addition of a few superstars within the senior leadership team.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of commercial properties to the value of £1M, they should also have a focus on developing extra works through small projects and extra works.
