About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an IT Technical Recruiter Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment field while developing a deep understanding of the IT industry. You will work closely with our experienced recruitment team to identify, attract, and place top talent in technical roles across a variety of industries. This apprenticeship is designed to give you the skills and experience to grow into a fully-fledged IT recruiter.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for IT and technical roles using various recruitment tools and platforms

- Support the recruitment team in writing job descriptions, posting job adverts, and managing applications

- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to identify top talent

- Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide candidate recommendations

- Assist in coordinating interviews and follow-up processes with candidates and clients

- Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and status updates

- Learn to build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience

- Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the IT sector

Requirements:

- Passion for IT and technology with a strong desire to build a career in recruitment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

- Basic knowledge of IT roles and terminologies is a plus
