Our client, a leading facilities management company, is hiring a Technical Services Manager in Manchester. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000, a company vehicle or allowance, bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all building services on the hospital contract.
• Perform and oversee AP/CP duties.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective project planning and resource allocation.
• Improve service delivery and contribute to the contract s financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date records and manuals.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare environments, particularly with PFI contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and managing AP duties.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Full driving license required.
