Few&Far have partnered with a fast-growing HealthTech startup on a mission to revolutionize healthcare efficiency by using patient data to automate clinical decisions.
They are looking for a visionary Technical Lead to join the dynamic team with the role offering a unique blend of hands-on technical work and strategic leadership.
Here are some of the things that you’ll be doing:
- Lead a team of 6 Engineers; operating as both an Individual Contributor & Mentor in a 50% / 50% hands on capacity
- Collaborate with the CTO to build a world-class engineering culture
- Ensuring efficient software delivery and maintaining high-quality standards
- Evaluating and optimizing our development practices, rituals, and project management
Here’s what they are looking for:
- Proven experience building and maintaining scalable infrastructure
- Strong technical background with hands-on coding skills in Python, AWS & Postgres or MySQL databases
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to balance technical work with strategic thinking and team management
- Passion for using technology to make a meaningful impact in healthcare
