Job Title: QA Engineer Sepcialist

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

Role Overview:
You will focus on SIP/VoIP testing, automation, and API performance with tools like SIPp, Python, and JMeter. You'll also work with telecom applications and protocols, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and handle basic system administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform SIP/VoIP call performance testing using tools like SIPp and StarTrinity.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts with Python and Robot Framework.
• Execute API test automation with tools such as Locust and Blazemeter.
• Implement GUI automation using TestCafe and Selenium.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply Ansible and Terraform for Linux automation.
• Administer Linux and Windows systems.

Essential Skills:

• SIP/VoIP testing expertise.
• Python & Robot Framework for automation.
• API test automation with Locust, JMeter, etc.
• GUI automation with TestCafe, Selenium.
• CI/CD test integration.
• Linux & Windows system administration.
• Knowledge of telecom apps and protocols (e.g., Metaswitch Rhino, SIP).

Desirable:

• SSCA SIP School Certified Associate.
• Knowledge of INAP, CAP, MAP.
• Experience with Metaswitch Scenario Simulator.
