Responsibilities:

• Drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to operation.
• Own end-to-end solutions, managing feature delivery, maintenance, improvement, and future planning.
• Build and nurture a high-performing development team through recruitment, coaching, and mentorship.
• Foster a culture of quality through TDD, pairing, peer review, and static analysis.

Requirements:

• Strong development background with back-end technologies like C#, Azure Functions/Framework/SQL Server, and front-end experience in React or similar.
• Proven experience building solutions within Azure, with a preference for Logic Apps.
