An established residential developer with excellent funding, a secure business model, and a great pipeline of projects is recruiting for a new Technical Manager to lead a project to redevelop an existing building into circa 30 high quality residential units near Hammersmith.

Description

This Technical Manager position will oversee a redevelopment/heavy refurbishment scheme near Hammersmith to deliver circa 30 high quality residential units. You remit will cover:

- Preconstruction management including project set up, design team procurement, etc.

- Oversight of technical design production and subcontractor procurement and coordination

- Coordination of planning conditions, warranty, building control, and all other 3rd party engagements

- Close coordination with the site team during build to ensure quality standards are met for the units

- Management of a team as necessary (e.g. Technical Coordinator)

Profile

A successful Senior Technical Manager should have:

  • A design/technical background (e.g. architecture, engineering, design management, etc.)
  • Proven experience at Technical Manager level running project procurement and design team financials
  • A track record of delivering residential schemes to handover
  • Experience of delivering redevelopment/heavy refurbishment of existing buildings
  • Fantastic communication skills with an ability to work with large teams internally and externally

Job Offer

  • A salary between 70,000- 85,000 (depending on experience)
