We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer, to join our growing team. You will be enthusiastic, with great communication skills. This role has a clearly defined career path, giving training and opportunities to develop a rewarding career in recruitment.

What we look for

• Previous business-to-business sales experience / customer service experience
• Excellent commercial skills
• Strong verbal communicator & good phone manner
• Team players
• Strong organization & time planning ability
• A ‘can do attitude’ and willingness to go ‘the extra mile’
• Experience in the recruitment industry – either in an internal TA (180) or resource role would be an advantage, but not essential
• Hungry to develop a career in recruitment
