Technical Manager - Manufacturing

Our client is recruiting for a Technical Manager to oversee their on-site technical team based in Tiptree. The company is an established business who design, manufacture and deliver bespoke furniture and panels.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Degree in Engineering / Manufacturing discipline
- Experience of working in the manufacturing sector
- Experience of continuous improvement implementation within the production envrionment

Duties to include:
- Managing the internal technical team
- Overall responsibility for the technical team performance
- Dealing with clients to agree product requirements and specifications
- Communicate with colleagues and departments to ensure requirements are communicated effectively

The hours of work will be 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
