Technical Writer

The Planet Group have recently been engaged by a well renowned Cyber Security company who are seeking a skilled Technical Writer for an initial 6 month contract.

Objective: The primary goal of this role is to produce clear, engaging, and impactful educational content that simplifies complex technical concepts into user-friendly instructions.

Key Responsibilities: As an e-Learning Technical Writer, you will need to blend technical expertise with exceptional communication and content creation skills to succeed. Your work will focus on crafting educational materials for diverse learning formats, including video scripts, infographics, quizzes, and interactive modules, while incorporating multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven Technical Writing Experience
• Proficiency with eLearning tools
• Knowledge of Instructional Design Principles
• Experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Ability to create content across diverse learning formats
• Project management experience in a learning or educational environment
