Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality Revit drawings and technical documentation for commercial office spaces across varied project scales.
- Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into construction phases.
- Bring expert knowledge of the commercial workplace market to inform designs
- Provide leadership in the technical aspects of projects, ensuring all deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Act as a point of expertise within the team, guiding and mentoring junior designers.
Requirements
- Proven proficiency in Revit, with demonstrable experience producing detailed technical drawings.
- Experience working at a D&B firm or with a leading architectural practice in London.
- In-depth knowledge of the commercial workplace sector, including current trends and design best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
