Overview: This role involves providing customer and sales support for systems and products, with a focus on CAD-based drawing creation, specification writing, and on-site technical support. You'll collaborate with the marketing team on technical content, stay updated on regulatory changes, and manage third-party product inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and sales teams.
- Create CAD drawings and assist with as-built packages and O&M manuals.
- Aid in writing and approving roofing specifications.
- Support marketing with technical content.
- Monitor and report on regulatory updates.
- Manage third-party inquiries through selected partners.
- Offer on-site support as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical understanding of commercial roofing systems preferred.
- Proficiency in Office and CAD software.
- Experience in construction-related roles and CAD work.
- Ability to work independently and manage pressure.
