Job Title: Head of Technical
Location: London Area
Salary: Circa £80,000
Hours: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the food safety compliance across the site.
- Overall responsibility of technical/quality teams
- Management of retailer accounts
- Lead BRCGS and customer audits, ensuring that the company is always audit-ready.
- Lead the continuous improvement of our food safety.
- Liaising with Production department
- Liaising with the Safety, Health & Environment department
Required:
- Experience in technical/quality/compliance management within food manufacturing.
- Multi sited Technical Management experience.
- Ability to Travel
- HACCP Level 4
- Lead Auditor Certification
