Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + £2,000 OTE

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist who will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and have the unique ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and accessible manner, whether interacting with clients or collaborating with developers. You will be the bridge between the technical team and our customers, ensuring seamless issue resolution and contributing to the overall satisfaction and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:?

  • Managing escalated tickets in a professional and diligent manner
  • Meticulous record keeping on Salesforce
  • Taking ownership of complex API integration cases
  • Interacting with clients through multiple communication channels– live chat, email, and phone
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues before escalation to the development/product team
  • Supporting and maintaining key relationships with other departments within the business
  • Demonstrate and promote best practices to guide first-line team members
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance support efficiency


Ideal Candidate:?

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • 1-2 years’ experience within 2nd line support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable technical knowledge & support experience
  • A base understanding of coding – Javascript, HTML or PHP preferred
  • An in-depth knowledge and understanding of API integrations
