Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of Heads of Engineering and 200+ software engineers, ensuring the delivery of top-tier software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and establish project timelines.
- Champion innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement in software development processes.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to elevate team performance.
- Uphold best practices in software development, with a strong focus on security and quality assurance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform and drive strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- A proven track record of successfully leading software engineering teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
