A Technical Delivery Manager / Tech Operations Manager opportunity for a business with offices in Hampshire and clients across the UK. The role is an addition to a growing team with aggressive growth plans, so candidates with a ’hands-on’ attitude and experience working in a scale-up environments are preferred.

The role would manage a small tech support and operations team and act as the technical bridge between the business and its customers. A background in technical project delivery and IT / Cyber security processes is essential.

Required experience and knowledge:

• Commercial experience managing technical support and delivery teams and 3rd party relationships
• The ability to provide clear technical guidance to clients in a customer facing capacity
• Previously delivered projects within a Microsoft / Azure / O365 environments
• Experience of working with senior leadership teams and contributing to strategic decisions.
• A broad understanding of IT policies and procedures – specifically IT/Cyber security principles
• ITIL standards

The role is based from offices in Fareham with occasional client site visits - all applicants must be based locally and happy to travel to client sites.
