The Role – Architect

Reporting to the Architectural Manager, you will be a key member of the team working in close collaboration with our in-house Land, Planning, Architectural Technologists and Civil/Structural Engineering teams. Your duties will include:

• Evaluating sites and producing initial feasibility studies
• Developing concept designs up to planning submission
• Preparing all aspects of planning submission information including drawings and reports
• Producing in-house visualisations
• Co-ordinating with all in-house disciplines during concept development
• Collaborating with the in-house Technical Team to ensure continuity of the approved design during tender and construction stages

Our Requirements – Architect

• ARB or RIBA qualified Architects with proven experience
• Highly proficient using Revit and AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proactive and self-motivated

Although not essential, experience of residential projects is preferred.
