Crowder Consulting is a professional business of consulting engineers, software developers and data analysts. As an SME we are positioned in a niche area of the water industry being able to offer our leading Water Network Management System, Netbase, to water operators in the UK and internationally, along with our engineering consultancy and data analytics services.
Our services focus on the planning, monitoring, analysis, performance, modelling and operational aspects of water and sewer networks. We’re based in Central Birkenhead (Merseyside), easily accessible with great transport links.
We’re looking for graduates to progress from Project Engineers where a solid technical engineering basis will be established, through to future leaders and managers within our organisation.
The exciting opportunities are available within one of our dynamic project teams, where you will work on a wide range of consultancy projects for major water utilities across the UK and overseas, whilst also having the opportunity to work on the development and implementation of the Netbase system as we expand into overseas markets. You will be supported to develop expertise in the analysis, reporting and management of water supply and distribution networks.
The Package
As a Graduate Project Engineer, you’ll receive:
You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, working full time Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours a day with flexible start times available between 8am and 10am, and finish times between 4:30pm and 6:30pm.

In addition, you will be self motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious, with an eagerness to learn and be highly driven with a proactive approach to work. You will develop expertise in the analysis, reporting and management of water supply and distribution networks.
