Technician – (x6 vacancies available spanning Process Technician, Machine Shop Technician and Assembly Technician)

The Role – Manufacturing Technician

Your duties will vary depending on whether you join as part of our Process, Machine Shop or Assembly department. Working as part of a team of Technicians, you’ll mainly be responsible for stripping, building, and / or surveying a variety of simple and complex hydraulic units. Depending on your role, you may also be responsible for conducting fault-finding investigations and inspections.

Our Requirements – Manufacturing Technician

  • Experience gained working to tight tolerances and able to use various types of measuring equipment
  • Experience gained working with various metals (e.g., chromium, nickel, cadmium, steel)
  • Ability to interpret complex machining drawings and operation sheets
  • Ability to work unsupervised on own initiative
  • Proactive and “can-do” attitude

Although not essential, experience gained within the aerospace sector is desirable, as well as experience working with hazardous chemicals.
